• Growth Habit: Upright, architectural leaves that slowly form dense clusters over time.
• Temperature & Humidity: Prefers 60°F to 85°F (16°C to 29°C). Tolerates average household humidity; not frost-tolerant.
• Pet Caution: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested. Keep out of reach of pets.

The guarantee does not cover shipping delays, packages left outside, or weather-related damage when a heat pack was not added to the order.
• Heat Packs 72+ Hours (Optional): Heat packs are not automatically included. If temperatures in your area may drop below 40°F, adding a heat pack is strongly recommended. Heat packs can be selected from the dropdown before checkout and are $3 each. One heat pack is recommended per plant.
🪴 Packaging & Unpacking Tips 🪴
• Each plant is wrapped securely in plastic to keep the soil and roots protected during shipping. When selected, a heat pack is placed inside the box to help protect plants during cold transit. The tape is placed near (but not on) the stem to hold the wrap in place.
• To remove the packaging, insert scissors gently into the space next to the stem and cut away from the plant. Please don’t cut straight toward the center; this helps avoid snipping any leaves.
• I’m unable to replace plants that are accidentally cut during unpacking. However, a small trim will not harm the plant, and it will bounce back beautifully with proper care, as the roots are well established.
