Temperature Limitations:
Do not place 3D-printed products in the microwave, dishwasher, or oven, as extreme heat can warp or damage the material.
Outdoor Use:
These products can be exposed to sunlight, but prolonged UV exposure may cause discoloration or weaken the material over time. We recommend bringing the product indoors during extreme weather or long periods of direct sunlight.

Cleaning Guidelines:
Clean with a soft, damp cloth or gently wash with mild soap and cool water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, as they may scratch the surface.
Drainage Considerations:
If your planter has drainage holes, always place a tray underneath to catch excess water and avoid surface damage.
Shipping and Returns

We carefully package all 3D-printed items to prevent damage during transit. However, slight imperfections from shipping may occur.
Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive significantly damaged.
No Refunds for Misuse:
Refunds will not be provided for damage caused by improper use, such as exposure to excessive heat, impact, or prolonged outdoor conditions.
